That cut deep.

Hate the South Pitt crew won't get to see our RB. Freshman. 200 yards a game. 11 yards per carry. Just have to get him healed up and keep the BGA coaches away from this one.

Honestly,  I've been looking forward to this game.  Had it circled when I saw we had an open date.  Really thought it would have been an instant classic like I've been lucky enough to see some the last few years.

This one has lost a lot of it's lustre the past few weeks. Both teams limping into a game after losing. Rockets have been hit with the injury bug and the Warriors may be without a couple key guys after a physical battle with Tyner.

On the bright side Marion jv has been very very good this season. Throttled Cleveland yesterday 48-16 to remain unbeaten.

i guess that means you wont stumble across it, watch one series, then tell everyone Monday "i just saw the one series accidentally" or "I saw halftime and that was about it"

Deal. We'll bring our battered bunch and play your JV on Friday. Southtowner and friends can see a competitive game. Awesome!

can Forrest even get up for this game. this program hasn't even believed they belong on the field with Marion, including the great 2015/2016 teams. we turtle up at kickoff and it spirals from there. the 2021 game we were begging for mercy during warmups. I've never seen such fear in terms of body language as i do when Forrest plays Marion.

These kids were in 2nd and 3rd grade in 2015. The only Marion this group knows is the team they should have beat 2 years in a row at home. After getting manhandled by Loretto and Moore County and Cascade and Gordonsville and being told all week they were going to get killed by mighty Marion we ran all over them and should have won both games except for mind boggling 4th Q decisions. We'll see who dresses out Friday.

    • AE has a lot of new transfers and a very good incoming freshman class to mess with the current players.  That's why I'm saying don't sleep on AE.  Many are thinking they can't get back to their winning ways but I think this 2025 team will open a lot of eyes and let the state know, AE won't be an easy win anymore.

    • Correct information on your part Waco regarding your years and wins with no generalities. if Fulmer had not been fired, he would have easily been retired for several  years by now. It’s a new regime at TN participating in the deepest football conference in America.
    • Take your own advice Mr. Bill.  Memphis should stay out of the national news if it doesn't want people knowing about their "business."  SP's classes of '25, 26 and 27 contributed as well.  At the beginning of the season, we weren't sure if SP could make it out of the 2nd or 1st round in 2024 due to only 2 or 3 seniors only 1 of which played much.  We were extremely proud of that 2024 team for what they accomplished between game 1 and game 15.
