Facts, PC schedules a LOT of comp, off-season and early season, which is why they have been designed to go on great playoff runs

PC has a metro area of 700,000 people to draw from is why they go on great playoff runs. They have a stacked team where the best athletes in metro flock to their school. They are moving down to compete against small rural schools made up of local kids from towns of hundreds or a few thousand.

What actually needs to be addressed is the fact that a school can co-op with another school and play in the lower class.  For example, PC and MLK.  PC has been playing down all these years in 3A and 4A while they co-op with MLK which has 5A numbers.  Therefore, PC gets to play $A or #A and now @A with 6A number.  Hmmmm!  Equity?

Prediction Region 1 Prediction Region 2 Prediction Region 3 Prediction Region 4 Prediction Region 5 Prediction Region 6 Prediction Region 7 Prediction Region 8
Chuckey-Doak Alcoa Brainerd Cascade Liberty Creek Camden Bolivar Bolton
Clairborne Austin East Chattanooga Central Community Maplewood Cheatam County Covington Douglass
Gatlinburg-Pittman Kingston Chattanooga Prep Forrest Republic Fairview Dyersburg Hamilton
Johnson County Scott McMinn Giles Stratford Stewart County Liberty Kirby
Pigeon Forge Sweetwater Meigs Sequatchie Westmoreland Sycamore McNairy Melrose
Unicoi   Tyner Watertown   Whitehouse Heritage Obion Memphis East
            Ripley Raleigh Egypt

The only issue is this makes too much sense so they won't do it 😁

You can thank Coach Brunetti and Coach Davis for that, they are excellent trainers, most of those Pearl kids have been living on the north side of town since kindergarten.

Everything is cause and effect.  Smaller county’s wanted the public private split. Now you want Another split? Move all Metropolitan schools “Nashville,Memphis,Knox” to 6a because a law? Then the county schools would be complaining about having to travel across the state for a region game. That would also kill middle TN. Once again though this is the same PC that was in the region with Giles who Giles beat and they had no problem then? Good luck with that bud.
