Francis Ferebee was head coach at Cumberland High. Was he also at Duncan before Cumberland?

Shadow, where did Quinn play HS football. I was thinking Hendersonville, could that be right? If I am correct how can they be considered in the NIL?

Still haven't figured out the answer to the question of 5 NIL QB's playing QB in the NFL.

 

This has nothing to do with the NIL, but did you know that the starting QB for the NY Jets is from Knoxville? HE DIDN'T MAKE ALL-KEL at QB -- made it as a free safety. How ironic is that? Some kind of East Tenn football knowledge from those writers, ha!

One of the earlier posts pointed out that there were teams outside Davidson County that were a part of the NIL. Hendersonville was one of them.

Quinn was a McGavock Raider, also if no one answer the Qb questions, I will give answers next day (tomorrow). Wade, Jefferson, Quinn, have been answered...........need 2 more.

Also, Hendersonville was one of 3 outside Davidson Co. members of NIL----others were Franklin and Mt Juliet

Mt. Juliet might have been a later entry into the NIL. They were not prior to 1971.
