Oliver Springs vs. McMinn Central outcome???

OK, big game for both teams. We all know it is hard for anyone to win at Oliver Springs, but the question still comes up...who will win? What do you guys think?

I said before that McMinn is the best team in the state and I think they have too much for OS even playing at OS. Hopefully, Hall's shoulder is getting better. After the Clarkrange game she had an ice pack on it and I know that injury has been hurting her for several months now.

I hope the cats can keep it to within 40. If they don't correct some things from the christmas breakk tournaments, it will be a very long night. Its sad that the game won't take place with oliver springs at its best.

I am pulling for the OS girls but I agree with Goosevol, I think McMinn has the best girls AA team in the state...

I think only HE can tell everyone why he made that statement, but...I do know he made it!! I could probably answer the question for him, but...I'm going to step aside and let others talk. I just wanted to 2nd Chicago's statement that that comment was made after OSs 78-40 victory at Scott High last month.

to that nature. I'm sort of suprised that Coach Wright would make comments about running up scores on opposition. Its to no one's advantage to make such a prediction. It usually causes a distraction. Could you speculate on why such a comment was made?

As in this case, it would be that coaches of weaker teams expect coaches of stronger teams to play their C-string players for three quarters risking a district loss.

 

could also be that all the district coaches are in a foul mood because OS is finally getting to host a district tournament for the first time in about ten years
