E-town is playing well right now. They beat Chatt. Brainerd in the Arbys Classic.

 

Thurs night they killed Happy Valley without two starters Walter Brown and Lester Bailey.

 

Elizabethton is (9-2) right now and those L are by Sience Hill by 4 AAA team, and Wheeler out of Georgia who is ranked 18 in the Nation and won the AAAAA championship last year. Walter Brown did not play in any of those games because he went to Mich. to see his mom.

I think that Elizabethton is one of the best teams in the state. Vince redd is playing great and getting a lot of dunks and that is exciting. For you e-town fans Jason and Shawn Witten are in elizabethton for a little while and Jason is going pro but, coach Phill was in Elizabethton also trying to talk jason into staying.

Johnson county will be a test for the cyclones, nobody can handle Vince inside and if BJ and Jordan are on it could be a long night for Johnson County

Johnson County .... sorry , but their not a joke. They have a good "TEAM" , and a good coach. The coach carries himself well and is good with the boys. He seems to have a good attitude on the court with the team. tell me this,,If JC beats EHS, will they blame it on bad night,players out, or say that JC just played a better game ? Knowing Coach Hardin,,,,, .... He will say, JC Played a great game and pat them on the back.

Betsy should be ok as long as they stay focused. The way that Vince dominates on the inside the way BJ and Jordans been playing it'll be hard for anyone in the Watauga to beat them. As for playing without Walter and Lester it could really help down the road with other players getting some time, because they're not very deep.
