Ezell players coming back?

So what if these 3 boys come back. If the teams that have been playing together all year can't beat them then they don't deserve to win. If these boys want to come back and the other players want them to too, then that's all that matters.

I remember another coach that people on here have a lot of respect for, letting someone come and join the team halfway through the season. I agree with whoever said they are still kids in high school. Let em play. If this would have happened to your school, you probably would have been the first one saying, let them play.

This situation is really interesting...is the coach not making those 3 guys sit out any games...i don't really have a problem with the 3 coming back, however, it could present problems: 1) From a bird's eye view, it seems that winning is continuing to take precedent over ethics in Ezell's program. 2)Ezell's coach has basically shown how they got to the past state championships: Athletic Ability and definitely not coaching. 3). Ezell's players basically have control, not the coach. 4)This now could complicate Ezell's policy of admitting their athletes to play midway through the season...now you could have someone who wants to come and play (who is not a superstar) midway through the season- What do you tell him..."NO, I am sorry, you are not athletic and talented enough to come in the middle of the season and play."?........There is a time in HS bball when the coach has to stink it up and let nature take its course, its what we like to call a "rebuilding" year. NOw the EHCS coach has opened a whole new bag of worms, I just hope it doesn't come back to bite him in the butt.

I am going to back ezell up. I think coach burnett would let some of the other past players that have quit play also. he has had 10 to 13 players quit on him and he would most likely let any of those players back on the team. he also needed these players because when you only have 2 subs some games, the games tend to get longer and the players seem to not have fun. I played for coach burnett and quit because I wanted to take my winters off and work on football, i believe he would let me back on the team at one piont or another if he needed more players. The 3 guys missed basketball, they had their break, they are ready to play ball now.

even though i do have a problem with this situation, i think that ballplaya32's points are well-made. floridaboy, on the other hand, is completely missing the point.

Well, since these three are back, who is now the top team in the district? Is it now Ezell-Harding? Will these three make that much of an impact?
