A Concession Stand Thread

Now that Grundy County has everything in place before the season for it's softball facility I recommend to all to come to a game for the eats if nothing else.

 

Some of the items found at the Lady Jackets concession stand.....

Chicken strips

Cheese sticks

Pizza puffs

Egg Rolls

 

Along with the standard burgers, dogs chips and nachos.

 

Del (who's thinking of other things to spice up the menu.....AND who's proud we also HAVE LIGHTS THIS YEAR FOR NIGHT GAMES!!!!!!! )

Ad grilled ribeye sanwiches to list. we cant cook them fast enough at our home games in Lincoln County. we even have people buy them to have for lunch the next day. also do grilled chicken sandwiches that also are big selling item.

Hey Del if you will add a little gumbo or some hot jambalaya it will increase sells tremendously......just ask the Queenbee. That menu of yours sounds good.

Daddyraider, they have an ASA league up here that goes through 8th grade pretty much. We don't have a middle school.

Have store cut your ribeyes about1/4 th inch thick marinate in dales sauce and grill. Double your cost of sandwich. May sound high but i promise you will sell 75 to 100 per ballgame. In fact we double our money on any sandwich we sell.

Double the cost of the ribeyes is the cost of the sandwhich right? How do you serve them? Grilled Texas Toast? Mayo, let, tom? Any cheese?
