No I hear Gordonsville's Terrance Adams(6'1 200) is one of the Best. Defensive Player of the Year in Region 4-1A.

I don't know if he is "The Best" but he is definitely in the top 5 or 6 LB's in 1A. Ben Blevins from South Pittsburg is not a big kid, but plays with alot of heart, fight, and determination. he is only like 5'9 170 but the boy can play. He was voted the region 3A defensive player of the year last year as a junior. He beat out several good defenders including the Nelson kid from Boyd for this award. To be quiet honest all the starting LB's for South Pitt are really good linebackers. They are a definite strength on defense.

Davis and Henly at Boyd Buch. will certainly make some tackles next year. Davis was the defensive player of the game in the state final and Henly had over 90 tackles as a will linebacker last season.

Moore Co. has 8 returners on defense. Three of those were starting LB's last season.1- Senior to be Lindsay 2. JR. to be Thomas 3. Soph. to be Mcgee along with a strong front def. line should be a solid bunch.IT's RAIDER TIME!

Huntland Junior to be Lyle Corder really had a solid 2002 season and looks like he could a real force for the Hornets defense the next 2 years.

Dane Cristman at Cloudland is going to be a terror.

Cody Parks at North Greene can play with anyone in the east. He has added a tremendous amount of bulk this offseason.

F.Y.I. Terrance Adams is 6ft2 225lb DE who may switch to LB next year. If he does he will do a fine job.Also both South Pitt and Moore county had very good LBs this year I think South Pitt is returning all of there starting LBs.They will be a very good football team next year.
