I can't understand the committee. I am on the road selling all the time. The committee overlooked the 2-best coaches that could turn the program back were it was at. The 2 people they wanted turned them down. I was in lake county wed. and was told by several people about the problems the committee has. Let me help you thecommittee give up your pride and contact the 2 guys that can turn this thing around. I will not name them but both have jobs far away. I hate to be blunt, but being in sporting sells for 18 years I know both of these guys.

David Berger at Lake County. The guy desirves a shot! Has a lot of experience under Brewer of Grundy, and Tim Taylor at Marion. Whipped my but as Jv Coach a time or two. Biggest asset understands and respects kids, they will fall over themselves to play for him. Sorry! don't touch me coach. I think Lake Co. still has room for football!

I would like to congratulate Coach David Barger for being named Head Football Coach at Lake County. Marion County's loss is Lake County's gain. He is a very good coach and will do a great job at Lake County. I wish him the best and I know he will do well! Congratulations David!!
