If there were any teams outside of West TN that deserved to be recognized...then I'm sure Gomab would give them credit. History can't be argued with. West TN has always dominated. How many players in the NBA (the real measuring stick for talented players) are from West TN vs. East TN?

Are you telling me the number of NBA players to State Basketball titles are a directly correlated? If so, please explain.

This is stupid. The best players are from West TN. The best teams are from West TN. As far as looking to the state title, thats fine. But even June 1st you can say that. White Station is ranked number 11 in the state. They are the best team in the state. Ridgeway beat them and that team would be from the West. Have any East TN teams beaten White Station in the last two or three years?

I recall that an East Tennessee team (Loudon) was ranked 4th in the state earlier this year. I think that's a little bit better than 11th. I'm not saying they could beat White Station, but give East TN a little credit.

EggHasLanded, This thread isn't even about Players it's about Teams.

 

According to the CoachT expert Teams from the East are inferior and will always be to the West teams. Maybe they should just split it us WTSSAA and ETSSAA so East teams can have a shot at a title.

 

I'd also say Not many teams from East TN have beaten White's Station, but then Not a lot of teams from out there have either.

 

AGAIN THE POINT IS, EAST TEAMS ARE GOOD AND SOME ARE CAPABLE OF BEATING ANY TEAM IN THE WEST. Yet the Basketball Expert/Moderator and CoachT representative :rollseyes:GoMab2:rollseyes:/WestTNFan overlooks the Eastern players every single time he posts those bogus polls, and players of the years.

West Tn always has the players but East Tn has the coaches. Both sides have the teams.

Until East Tennessee boys' basketball teams beat the west in the state tournament on a consistent basis, then west tennessee is the dominant side of the state!!!
