I say Phillip DuVenture of Jackson North Side needs to be up on the list. He is not one of the top 3, but he is really good and can control the offense.

I think Jerel Beamon from Clinton is one of the best point guards in the state... Height is the only thing killing him but he took Humphrey out of his game at the region so i know he can play at the next level... Somebody needs to show him some love cause hes been getting the shaft all year long

Jerel Beamon - Clinton 21ppg, 7 apg, 3 steals; always guarded the best guard from the other team. A very special player and kid; has an uncanny knack to make those around him better.

 

King College and Lincoln Memorial are good possibilities for him, but he can play in the OVC, Southern Conference, Atlantic Sun, etc.

Admittedly, he did a nice job this year, but his ego got his buns in some difficulty on more than one occasion. He just wanted to be "tha man".
