I'd say Rockwood-Harriman or Rockwood-Kingston. Kingston always seems to win, but Rockwood tries their hardest.

Rockwood Tigers vs Harriman Blue Devils- The oldest and most competitive Rivalry in the state and Rockwood leads the overall series by a n handful of wins...Throw the records out its all about county pride when these 2 hook up...I know as a former RHS tiger nothing is more excititng then Harriman week and the desire to totally dominate them remains even to this day...

You have to win your fair share for it to be a rivalry. NW and SF was a rivalry in the day.

i think ezell vs. dca and ezell vs. cpa,only being 1a everytime these teams play each other its always a great crowd and a good game. lots of pure hatred between these schools.

Oneida/Coalfield is an old rivalry that hasn't been up to it's usual effects the last few year. I feel it will rise again for this region rivals.

Knoxville Central and Halls is great. The schools are 2.5 miles apart and the kids practically grow up together. It's the Battle of Black Oak Ridge.
