I pitched against Briarcrest nursing a strained muscle in my back-I throw low to mid 80's and have hit 88. I won't be on the mound anymore this spring. Saturday night in Lexington I broke my arm as I threw my first warmup pitch.

What`s this about Sam only throwing 96. I coached him last summer in 14 year olds and he was throwing 101. Must be having some kind of arm problems I guess.

I broke my upper arm about right in the middle, between my elbow and shoulder, in a spiral break. Ill be in a cast for about 3 weeks after which i start rehab.

 

how shall i prove who i am trell?
