weird seeing the place packed and actually cheering! we had twice as many people for last weeks game than for last years homecoming.

In a way, it's sad that it takes winning to get people out for games. But that's how it is pretty much anywhere. I just hate it for the teams in previous years who worked hard and deserved fan support.

 

I don't know what the gate was Friday, but I feel pretty confident that it was one of the largest in the program's history.

And I do hate to get on here and talk smack , I would love to get on here and read good posts about good teams but it was alright for a while until Huntingdon people start the smack about how there team is sooooo awesome and that how they are going to blowout milan and send us all home crying. It makes me almost throw up because its the same teams from last year EACH gaining players and milan put it to them last year by 2 tds so would yall please shut up about how you are going to blow us out because its not going to happen.

Huntingdon has a very rich tradition. Pudor started it all. Hard nosed kids, usually outsized and outmanned but with the fight of a pit bull. In Huntindon, men like Pudor are looked on with the reverence of a president. Thats who he is. He cultivated these young men and formed them into great teams, passed this on to Paul Ward etc. Its still amazes me everytime I look at Huntingdons program at just how few head coaches they have had and for the most part how they all fit that same mold.

Westtn, If you look back at the posts on this thread, not a single word had been said about Huntingdon being so awesome or even bringing Milan up for that matter until you started it. YOU commented that you like to read good posts about good teams, I take it you do not think that Huntingdon or Chester county are good teams? All that I have seen in this conversation, is a lot of respect from both sides for both teams. That is how it should be. I will give Milan their due, they are a good team, but it is obvious you don't have the same opinion of Huntingdon or Chester county for that matter.
