Best region 4-3A Defense

Do you think Portland got lucky? I just wonder if i am the only one who thinks this??

LA and Peetown are even. If LA was lucky vs Peetown. Then Peetown was lucky vs Smith and Macon. Interesting to note that Peetown has not played a tough team on the road since White House.

if portland does get lucky and pull off a upset against a much stronger smith county. then we will see how much their home field luck holds up in the jungle of macon county, as long as macon county stays focused and takes care of bussiness.

Macon held Howard to 117 yards total offense last week,i think that was a heck of a job by BIG BLUE!!!!!

 

Total of 92 in the first half and 25 in the second half!!!!!

The Tiger D also held Howard to 6 points. I know they scored 12, but 6 of them was on a 70 something yards fumble return. I just how that our boys can keep those same low numbers in the points scored against column. If they do it will continue to be a heck of a year in MC.

Smith Co. only allowed a little over 100 total yards too. Only thre points to the 3rd seeded team in that region who had 2 of the best skill players I've seen this year. We'll see if they play this week. I think they will. GO OWLS.

In my opinion, this regions defenses are alot alike, but hands down the best linebacker in 4-3a is Portlands Micheal Garrett.  I played with Micheal and their is no one with a better nose for the ball.  As for all the Macon replys I will get Jacob Law does'nt belong on the same field.

Just kinda bringing this back to front. How are the D's doing in the playoffs?

From the looks of last weeks scores, our defenses are playing ok. Allowed about 10 PPG in the first round with only one loss. Scored right at 34 PPG offensively. I think our region performed admirably in week one. As for week two, We'll see tonight. GO BIG OWLS
