Footballen
I see PC ending the season #2, Stratford #1, and a dog fight for #3 between White House, Northwest, Mt. Juliet are all still in the hunt. Let's let the athletes prove their worth.
shrtstop2000
I agree with Coach chris I think they will have to prove they want the 3 and 4 playoff spot. As much respect I have for NW though I think it finishes like this 1. Stratford 2. Pearl Cohn 3. White House 4. Mt. Juliet. good luck this friday to all the teams. GO BEARS!!!! dandy82
Somebody needs to refigure their seedings. WH is in regardless what they do the next two weeks.
Footballen
No doubt they are in, but where, #1-#4 they can possess any seed. If they win friday they will sit #1-#3, if they win out they go in #1-#2, if they lose both final games they go in #3-#4. It is a hectic two weeks. If stratford wins out they are #1 if White House loses one or two. They have scored more points in region play, but if White house wins out they are #2, because white house goes undefeated in region play. If Stratford loses 1 of the next two, more than likely they are the #2, if they lose both final games they may reach #3. Pearl Cohn can end up #1 if WH loses the next 2 and stratford loses one more. They can also be #2 if Wh loses 1 and Stratford loses 1. This team is the big ? mark. They can finish #1-#3 if the cards go crazy. NW needs one of the next two, if they win out they go in #3, if they lose to White House, Stratford beats Mt. Juliet, and Pearl Cohn wins out we are #4, but if we beat White House and Springfield we are probably locked #3. A win against WH and a Springfield beats us we are #4 if Mt. Juliet wins only one more. If we lose 2 final and Mt. Juliet wins one of two final they are the #4 and we go to a bowl game. 5 teams still in the hunt for playoff position and what an exciting final 2 weeks. Good luck to all teams. MikeHawk1985
Mount Juliet over Stratford (just based on secondhand info and stats) Northwest over White House (we've played both teams and NW was tougher) Whites Creek over Pearl Cohn (Whites Creek has played amazing since we beat them) Northeast over Maplewood (Northeast is playing well, and I'm not saying that just 'cause they killed us) Rossview over Springfield (we practiced well this week and are a more physical and experienced line) We (the Hawks, baby) have to win one more to ensure a bowl game. With any luck, we may get another shot at the Eagles, because I think we can beat them and I know they've got E.J. and Snead, and most of the team upset off because they felt it necessary to talk trash. All of us seniors want to make this season memorable, so we feel the need to win. If we can get the rest of the team on the same page, we'll win our next two, including senior night against Stratford.
nununu
Is everyone on here crazy or what. Just because Pearl-Cohn played a close game against Maplewood, everyone thinks Whites Creek is going to beat them. Yea right, Pearl-Cohn plays down to its competition, but they are not going lose to a lowly Whites Creek team that came out fired up against some other teams. If anybody knows about this rivalry, it will be tooth and nail, but the Firebirds will prevail easily. Maybe Whites Creek's band can win the halftime battle, because the football sure isn't winning anything.
alzado
Mt Juliet will NOT beat Stratford. Stratford's only loss came without the services of their leader and 3-year starter at LB, Jason "Psycho" Johnson. He will play tonight. And the Spartans will roll! With all the athletes on that Whites Creek team....I don't see how such comments were made. Anyway, I knew Whites Creek would be tough at the end of the season. With the athletes they have they can beat anybody at anytime.
