This topic has been discussed on previous posts. Most people seems to think Cookeville does not have a chance to win this game. I don't think Cookeville can win, but they do have more of a chance to win than Oakland does against Lincoln Co. (I know Oakland2001 won't like this thought).

Cookeville can play different any given night. Just like any team. However I have heard the Riverdale team this year is not as strong as it usually is. Cookeville can play well against them. Cookeville has nothing to loose, they are a 4th ranked team that isn't expected to get out of round one. So to cookeville, go out there and lay it on the line, you have a great group of seniors this year. Anything is possible. Good Luck to both teams, and also to lincoln county.

Don't think it will be close but Riverdale is not the usual Riverdale and if you are going to get then you better do it this year.

If Cookeville plays 4 quarters of ball like they played the first 2 quarters against Franklin County, they will be in the game. They had Franklin Co down 14-0 at halftime. Whatever happened at half time, DON'T DO IT AGAIN. Franklin Co came out in the 3rd quarter and made 21 unanswered points. Cookeville looked like 2 different teams Friday night. Which one will show up at Riverdale?
