Get Behind the Rebels!

It certainly has been a great year for football in the midstate. Division II teams have wrapped up their seasons, but it doesn't have to end just yet for MBA, BGA, and BA fans. As a Williamson County boy, I'd love to see an overflow crowd supporting the Rebels like a lot of us did BHS last year.

They are playing Germantown; and last time I checked, there has never been any love lost between Germantown and the likes of MBA and BA. Therefore, let's go get behind the Rebs next week.

Keep making the midstate proud, Franklin!

Roll Rebels Roll!

If you know someone who owns a business or works here in Williamson Co, let's get some signs up in windows and on Billboards supporting the Rebels.

Hoping everyone in Williamson County lends their voices on friday night to put out the loudest Rebel Yell ever heard!

All of Williamson County needs to show those from Memphis that we love football here in the midstate - and we get behind whoever is left carrying the banner.

Let's stuff Howard Gamble Stadium and cheer on the Rebels!!!

I think I'm gonna call around to some of the places with marquees and get them to put something on there. There were a lot last year, should be the same this year if you ask me. Maybe the QB Club can get something printed up that we can distrubute to put in all the downtown shops, along Hillsboro Rd., etc etc. The Rebels need the entire town's support!

Thanks for your support. Polls Smolls! We'll take it. I know you have trouble with it but it is only a poll. Really I think we are that good but I am a little biased. FHSrebel I have had past expierences with Germantown back when I played for Overton High Scool. They were always huge. Always well coached. Always hard hitting. But they were also a little y in the way they thought they could not be beat. If they come in with that attitude you guys should roll. I have all the faith in the world. You guys are finally figuring out how to win the close ones, win the come from behind game. I think you guys have experienced a lot this season. Ya'll have not been in any situation that you have not faced before. I think ya'll win 17-14. If G'town scores in the first quarter then I think they will win. Hold them scoreless in the 1st quarter you will win.

    • The amount of people pooing on UH is crazy. They're a noticably better team than last year when they made state and were competitive , AND they run ruled Eagleville a few weeks ago. Now I understand Eagleville was missing a few guys, but they still. They. Run. Ruled. Eagleville. 1st single A team to run rule Eagleville since when? Pre 2017??
    • If that Yellow Paint is all gone I'll flat bet it didn't wash off there. I bet that took some scrubbing to remove that if it is gone. Lacrosse is one of those northern sports all these misplaced Yankee's that are posion to the community brought in by  (Blount Partnership, ( The Devil) with them so somebody allowed them to paint their markings on the field that cost more than the twenty top people on payroll at Maryville make a year. All this to please the 1% Club and the 25 people that would come to see it. All in the name of WOKE!!!!!!
    • They will probably, struggle
    • Dyersburg is going to be good, really good. As mentioned, they have a lot of talent on the way and the trio of Chelby, Joya, and KayKay will only be better with a full season together under their belt. To me, playing in Murfreesboro two consecutive postseasons will only serve to make them more dangerous if/when they stand among the final eight teams this March. Experience, good or bad, always makes you better. And not only do they have experience, they know how to win there. Schedules are coming together for all of the teams and I am excited about what I am seeing on the preliminary drafts on Dyersburg’s schedule. I know I am being a tease, but it’s simply not my place to announce what another school is doing. With that said, I won’t go into specifics. However, I am excited about renewed home and away contracts for the non-district portion of the calendar. I think west Tennessee will have a lot of interest as well.
    • What does everyone have in the final 8? In no particular order. 1. Eagleville 2. Gordonsville 3. Greenback 4. Oakdale 5. South Pitt/ East Robertson-- not sure 6. Richland 7. Halls 8. Union City
