best_of_the_west
Good showing Bradley. Who beat Keller?
uncfan13
No doubt about it! They only lost to Jesuit because it is a private school. Must be giving out scholarships.
BattleBornVolunteer
Rawn, Jesuit is a highschool not a college. Yes, Matt Keller is on scholarship.
texas23
I think Keller has moved on from a non-scholarship high school to a scholarship at a public university in Nebraska.
pokey
Keller got beat by the Lehigh kid, Ciacculli-(sp). I think he's ranked 13th or so. Keller looked good. He beat good kids from Rider and Arizona State.

takedown3
From a NO assistant high school coach- he believes Brother Martin is nominally better.
BayouBear
Takedown, Your New Orleans coach may or may not be correct. Jesuit won the State Title something like 20 times straight and I believe Brother Martin has won the last 5. Jesuit's program fell a bit behind. A few years ago they hired Mark Strickland who was a 2 time VA champion at Great Bridge HS, an undefeated JUCO National Champion and wrestled at Oklahoma State for two years. According to the parents...Strickland has the program back on track and they think they can give BM all they want this year. When I compare the results of the Blackhorse and the McCallie Invitational with seeing Jesuit wrestle, I come up with the following; 103 BM 112 Jesuit 119 Even 125 BM 130 Jesuit 135 BM 140 Even 145 Jesuit 152 BM 160 Even 171 Jesuit 189 Even 215 Even 275 Jesuit BM - 4 wins Jesuit - 5 wins Even - 5 matches Brother Martin may win but Jesuit has a very good team. We will know for sure in a week or so.
takedown3
As the guy said, "BM is nominally better." And as you said, "We will know for sure in a week or so." From his perspective, both programs are substantially better than his.
