CoachBray
90 lbs of Charmin, what can I do? Baker went 119 because it was the hardest weight class in the tournament. They had 9 state place winners and qualifiers in there, including the 3rd, 4th, and 6th placers from the year before. Jonas (Ridgeway, state qualifier) didn't even get a seed. He ended up losing to guys who took 2nd and 3rd. Baker was the 4th seed and got beat by guys who took 1st and 3rd. Baker beat the kid who took 3rd in the 1st round and the kid wrestled all the way back, beating Jonas and Baker along the way.
usfjim
What is there to say? Hansen is just a very athletic big guy with excellent technique. ok, that was for the rest of the state, my take from the left side: roadrunner 15 uri is a beast. another contender from the left side against the beasts of the east. best_of_the_west
Don't forget Nutter (Munford) and Rogers (Collierville)...oh and Autry (Houston). The region is stacked at 215. If we don't have at least one placer, I making a formal protest.
cb56
I'm positive Uri will place at state I have wrestled all of his comp and in less he gets a horrible seed/draw he will definitely place.
CoachBray
Uri has come on as of late and rumor has it that Nutter has moved to Oregon.
ankLpik
Didn't Nutter wrestle against Westside last Thursday night? He pinned McClung, no?

best_of_the_west
As of late? That kid's been a beast all season. The team is looking really good coach. I'll enjoy watching on Saturday. Good luck.
wrestler19
Botw, now that we have seen that Houston beat Germantown. Can you tell us exactly what teams will be at Colleriville this weekend for duals?
best_of_the_west
Yes sir, I believe I can. District 16 (I think it's 16) 1. Collierville 2. Ridgeway 3. Houston 4. Germantown District 15 1. Bartlett 2. Cordova/Bolton 3. Cordova/Bolton/Westside 4. Bolton/Westside We will know the 2-4 of District 15 after we get the Bolton v. Westside results from tonights dual. wrestler19
I think Ridgeway will beat Bartlett. Now that Ridgeway has there 103 back, it gives them the upper hand.
best_of_the_west
That is my opinion as well. They gave up the 12 point swing last time, and I think they only lost by 9, so that would have made the difference. The thing is that between Ridgeway, Bartlett, Houston, Germantown, and maybe even Cordova, many of the duals have been only a one match difference. I'm afraid to make any official predictions, because I got mugged about my Houston/Germantown prediction, but I will predict that there will be some great duals and probably an upset or two.
