Hoya, I am surprised that you being a Knoxville boy and you don't realize that Maryville will never get past Farragut in the Districts ( same bracket). In the west White Station could pull off the upset and in the middle Centinial could surpise a few, and down southr Ooltlewah MIGHT, and I only say MIGHT surprise someone

I don't know why Martin is not ranked. They are a very good team.

Gameball, Maryville does not have to get past farragut in the districts. They would only have to reach the final to advance.

 

Also, Father Ryan seems to be coming on strong beating Oak Ridge and winning the DB tournament.

O2Scot Maryville and Farragut would meet in the semis the way their brackets are so 1 will leave, my guess Maryville.....Oh and I forgot my real spoiler in the west Colliervile

People put WAY too much into the rankings. For those CAK fans, they were not even ranked in the top 12 until the 2nd week of MAY! They went and won the whole thing, so all of you unranked teams, don't lose heart. Good luck.

In A/AA, Martin Westview is still not ranked which really shocks me. They were ranked throughout most of last season and finished the season #9 last year on soccerinfo.com. Sheffield, Haywood, and USJ are all ranked on soccerinfo, but honestly, I think Martin might be the best of the four. They tied us (Haywood) earlier and definitely deserve more respect on soccerinfo. Martin can probably make state, then people will recognize them like they did Haywood last year.

Father Ryan has been playing good lately, not good enough to beat BGA but they could make state in DII. Their in a region that sends 3 and othe than MBA and BGA they look to be the 3rd that could go. Maybe USN or BA if they play well. Who does everyone else think will make it from this region?

The only guarantee from Middle unless something really shocking happens is BGA. They have been playing too well for too long this season to get upset by any team in the Middle, in my opinion the weakest region in DII. I believe Father Ryan is the dark horse. The way they have played lately, I would not be surprised at all if they beat MBA. MBA better not think they are just going to show up to region and waltz into states, because it looks to me like Ryan is turning around their season and BA or USN could give MBA a good game.

the rankings on soccerinfo.com is not right anyways so just ignore them because i am thanking they are just guessing to rank the teams
