I knew this one would be difficult to understand. You can say this one when you have two or three umpires that are really bad. For instance there may be a play that both umpire are at the same base to make a call & one umpire says out & the other calls safe. It looks like they have a circus show going instead of being in control of a baseball game. So, in your mind you think of them as a joke instead of umpires & you tell them to put a tent over their circus. Usually you say it if there has been several mistakes by the umpires & youve had enough of it & it just comes out.

Here are some I have heard over the years.

 

Coach:"hey ump can you throw me out for what I think"

Ump: "well no coach"

Coach: :"good! I think you stink"

 

on a check swing no call "..if he had hit the ball it would have been a double"

 

One I heard in the USA Classic from a Florida team "hey blue which one is your son"

Just a good umpire story.

I ran out on the field and told an out of position ump "How can you make that call from 80 feet away?" His reply "Coach you saw it better at 120" I just went back to the dugout.
