Ok, obviuosly you have no life at all. I mean, you are talking about trolls! Thats what, 2nd grade? Come on now. You shouldnt talk about his username, look at yours! It is the worst looking thing i have EVER seen. And he is not making himself look like an idiot, you are making yourself look like an idiot. You are trying to get back at him because he said you stink at running, and from what i read, i agree. So how about you never post on the cross country board again because you are garbage.

EVERYBODY RUNS WORKOUTS THAT ARE EQUIVALENT TO A BETTER TIME THAN THEY REALLY CAN

ID HOPE U COULD DO IT ON A TRACK BECAUSE THERE ARENT ANY OBSTACLES TO OVERCOME

AND FOR ALL UR REMARKS ABOUT ME THAT WAS JUST ###### AND KINDERGARTENISH

well, no... in track, I would agree that people often run faster paces in practice than they do in races, but in XC, I often run faster in races than what the workouts I run should convert to for a race. However, last year, many different factors which you know nothing about kept me just short of sub-16 for the last month and a half of the season, and Im not about to discuss them here with you because I know I would get no respect and I would only be wasting my time.

As far as "childish" and "kindergardenish" goes, TYPING IN ALL CAPS AND TRYING TO PROVOKE AN ARGUMENT ON EVERY THREAD DOESNT SEEM CHILDISH TO YOU?"

Have a good day

I'm not saying not to be proud of it, sorry for the confusion, but don't come on here and try to talk trash with something like that

    • The Girls Basketball team I am a part of played for a gold ball this season. One of the biggest differences in the sports is that there is no field prep/maintenance in basketball.   Our baseball is successful and play 30 games in the regular season as well. All of the teams dedicate A LOT of time in preparing for their next opponent.
    • “facts” or better yet ‘opinions’ had been up for weeks/months. that’s not why the thread was deleted. get over yourself.
    • Im pretty excited about the new rules that NFHS voted to adopt. Does anyone know if this will take place in Tennessee starting this year? I think I heard/read somewhere that the TSSAA bi-laws say they have to mirror what the NFHS does, and when the NFHS offered the current weight classes as options, TSSAA didn’t adopt them until NFHS made them official. Did NFHS make these changes official starting next season or will it be similar to the weight classes where TSSAA doesn’t change what they are doing until it is  an officially official part of the NFHS rule book? It’ll be interesting to see if it is rolled out for the new TSSAA Middle School season and I saw a post where the youth wrestling in TN was going to vote on adopting it as well.  I’ll pray for all the youth coaches that will have to shoulder the confusion from all those crazy #### parents who already think they know the rules more than everyone else  . Imagine the first time their kid is taken down and a 3 goes up on the scoreboard or their kid gets pinned with only one point of contact in the cylinder. Their heads might explode. i kid, I kid. Sort of. I’m surprised ride time was brought down with all the other changes. I know some argue that it promotes stalling on top, but its been an official scoring method in college forever, so I figure it must be doing something right. Do any of you think that’ll ever be implemented?
    • Crazy how the thread just gets deleted when facts come out.
    • I understand I guess it depends on the school you are with and the time you want to put in.  It’s evident of the schools that don’t put in as much times.  I would say basketball players put in as much time as any sport in our school system and this is coming from a football town.  Bball is a longer season than other sports.
