I don't think Fulmer made the right decision in not going to the Media Days in Alabama. But I bet that if it had of been held in any oher state he would have gone. I think that Fulmer needs to face the music and own up to his actions even if he did nothing wrong legally or NCAA-ally. I'm sure they would have tagged his right when he crossed state lines into Alabama. How do you guys feel about all of this? I must say it's not something I want hanging over Neyland Stadium as we begin the 2004 season.

Fulmer has been honest and forthcoming throughout the process...his reason for avoiding the media days was that he would be subpeonaed, but not only that -- the deposition would be scheduled smack dab in the middle of the football season. Fulmer is not going to let Tommy Gallion and his band of buffoons directly hurt UT's football team, especially when the lawsuit is frivolous.
