I, Billingsley, will definatley be under 16:00. Last year I had some problems and I am working through them right now. I believe I ran 16:15 2 years ago so if I only improve by 15 seconds in two years I will be VERY dissapointed.

No, considering that in 2002 only 4 guys broke 16:00 and in 2003 only 2 guys broke 16:00. To make the Optimist Top 10, you usually have to run sub 16:20.

oh i just though that it would be since baylor should have some under 16 mcminn will have some we might don't know much about mccallie and if caleb has a good race anything can happen with him

I'd be really suprised if there were 10 under 16. The way this year's talent is spread out I don't see much of a pack forming, and I think guys will end up being strung out, which is hard to run fast with.
