McMinn Co. Running Game

I'd have to say that McMinn County, talent wise, may have the best running backs in the whole state. Ask Cumberland, they have already found that out. Steven McBride, Trey Locke, Trace McDermott, Justin West, and a few capable others. I know not many people have had a chance to see these guys yet, but if you get the chance you need to watch. Or ask our opponents. I know people may think that this is all nonsense and just some guy trying to give a few average guys publicity, but I assure they are the real deal. I'm not saying we have the best back, but as a whole unit they may be the best. Checkem out!

that is really doubtful..i was there last night and yes they did do some good things but very doubtful to be the best in the state... cumberland had a back and returner that was doing yall nasty..ask number 20..im sure part of his ankles are left at mid field

The best in the whole state? They did not get very far against McCallie last week. They may be solid, but best in state is pushing it.

McMinn Co backfield isn`t even the best in their own region.I would take William Blounts backfield over them any day.Best in the state? I don`t think so.

No, I would say 3rd or 4th best in the Region. Definitely not better than ours.

They may not have the best power, but they have a lot of speed, and best of all i think, they have the best cut back ability I have seen.

You know I can't let a statement like that pass without saying something about the Tyner Rams' stable of skill players(specifically the RB's)...even the News-Free Press had to mention them in the paper yesterday and I quote:

 

"Thanks to a surplus of skill-position players- Rutley, Hicks, Owens, Langford and Rumph will all get carries at RB"

 

I couldn't agree with him more...so when you start to talk about running backs from top to bottom and not missing a beat when either of them is on the field you must consider the the RAMTRAIN RB's!!!! thumb
