I am a qualified Small Arms Expert in the United States Air Force(the ribbon is shown below), and I couldn't shoot an Owl. Well, if I had my NVG's on I could. (That stands for night vision goggles by the way.) But there's no way ya'll are advanced enough up there in MacMinn Co to have NVGs. Owls only come out at night!
