TigersBball42
Should the Kingston hazers to get to play at all. Well honestly if it was up to me they would be off of the team. But its not and whoever made the decision to just sit out half of a game against a team thats not as great as others was not thinking very clearly. I saw on the news that there encouraging Kingston fans not to go to the games till the hazers are kicked off the team. And thats why when I got to the game friday im sittin on Htowns side
Guest region4fan
Gosh, did yall get in a coach from Lebanon there??Cause your coach sounds just like the one there!!!! His players STOLE and vandalized two schools in the region's lockerooms....stole helmets, jerseys, shoes, pants etc......tore them up pretty good. This was when they beat the opposing team ,a nd were a guest at their school. They got to sit out half a game too. What discipline!
XtremeLoco
The Hazers in this arn't not the ones to blame anymore. They did make a mistake and they took their punishment. An easy punishment? Yes. This is where the blame heads toward the Coach, and leaders of this school. They failed to produce a appropiate punishment for the act. 10 days inschool, and 1/2 game Vs. Harriman is not punishment at all. Your inschool so you don't lose any grades. And 1/2 game agaist Harriman, more than likely they might have been sitting out in 2nd half anyway. ask_me
After seeing the story in the sentinel and watching all accounts on the news, sounds like the principal is taking the easy way out. If he is resigning, how come he is waiting until the end of the school year? The punishment is very lax to say the least.
bhsOL
I think those guys should not be aloud to play at all that game. They don't realize how lucky they really are. When people have done something wrong at Blackman, Coach Alsup has kicked them off the team. We had three really good ball players on our team who got kicked off the team for vandelism. The Mav
This horse has been beaten to death!
XtremeLoco
Mav you may be right. But it wouldn't be talked about as much if the students had gotten a decent punishment. Not a slap on the wrist, then a slap on the butt with the words get back into the game.
BrODoGG66
If it were me... I'd kick them off the team. I wouldn't stand for that!
jacketsfan13
Tigersbball42 the Kingston fans don't really care where you or anybody else from Rockwood sits. Boycotting the game makes alot of sense. Lets punish the rest of the team by not having a crowd. Forget that, lets just line the hazers up at half time and stone them. You people are getting ridiculous. Vic is to blame, he made a very poor decision in the punishment. You can;t blame every individual in Kingston including the rest of the team and coaches. Oh and its really the easy way out to give up your job you have had for years and take a pay cut. Get over it people, and move on. It is beating a dead horse. XtremeLoco
jacketsfan13 you have it right Vic is to blame. You can't blame the kids anymore, its not their fault they got an easy punishment. And yes talkin about it on CoachT isn't gonna help a thing. Since I don't anything will be changed no matter who boycotts or who sits where. Honestly ill prob stand...cause usually the seats are taken. wpasi
Just wanted to tell everybody it looked like the whole Kingston team was at the Rockwood VS Midway game tonight and they were nice as they could be they stayed togheter as one unit like a team should. These boys have been through enough. The coach could have never doped out as much punished as they have already have suffered through with 99% of the people being down on them and wanting to abolish their program and down their town. Good luck Jackets

Good luck Jackets 825315512[/snapback] Well, let's see....what have the hazers (those "nice" players!) learned with this incident?? Oh, yeah, as long as they are good football players, they can get away with just about anything. How have they been punished enough? It seems to me they haven't received ANY appropriate punishment. As for them appearing at the Rockwood game, that appears to me as if they are thumbing their noses at the other high schools, the parents of the hazed students and the whole school system. Only the persons responsible for this atrocious act should be punished...the other Kingston players don't deserve any backlash for the acts of a few players who don't have better sense. Good example, Roane County School System! thumb
