recruitguru
By the way my daughter played football. She was a lineman. She chose not to go on, but when she played I will tell you this, she broke a guys ribs, and she knocked out the runningback in one game from hitting him so hard. And she is 4'8 and l20 lbs and built like a little brick.

recruitguru
Oh I dont know everyone has an opinion and I am sure they will continue to hoot and holler about it, but there are lots of women out there playing ball, and lots of women teams starting up in the womens leagues, I say if they want to play, then let them. Its a game. Thats all it is a hobby that excites everyone that enjoys it and if women enjoy it as much as men oh well. I love football, I would have played if they had it when and where I went to school. I played backyard ball with the boys when I was a kid and I was pretty good and very fast. I ran track, went to college on a track scholarship and the only girl in my school to ever run a 4.9 40 , so yeah I would have loved to have played. Just a little late for me. But its great that both my kids, girl and boy have gotten to have the experience. I dont think its right to hold anyone back from something that they love, be it football, cheerleading, cooking, which guys do very well.
