all of those good, hard and fast songs are great to get up, but u can also listen to some of those slow but powerful instrumentals.

the theme from gladiator is great b/c it starts slow and then speeds up. also there is a version of "throw it up" with no words and a symphany playing the music slower that usual with a chorus la laing in the background. it is BAD!

Hells Bells is a completely awesome song. I love watching Red Wings games and hearing it, but more schools/teams are beginning to play it now. I even heard the Raiders playing it on SNF last week.

Since I am just a fan, this may be sad, but I have to listen to Van Halen's Right Now right before I get out of my car to go into the stadium. It's a great song, probalyl not something that would get a player ready to go though. Ah, that's another one I have to listen to, Ready to Go by Republica I think.
