ballin4
Yes Jenkins is thier best defender and he has been the past two years....but he may not be able to help alot against the bigger guys.....Allan is good when he wants to be...and I think Coach V has gotten the best out of him this year
buschman
Well Villinger is pretty good at getting the best out of kids. When this years seniors came in as freshman, nobody would have expected them to turn into the team they have become. They have all developed tremendously. ballin4
I would have.....most of that team except maybe one or two of them were part of a middle school state runner up team when they were in the 8th grade.....they know how to play with each other and have been good....but Coach V does get everything out of his players
chaseg10
adamsville probably can not compete with jcs, but the may have a chance against a small Middleton team. they have an excellent defensive team this year, but they may have trouble scoring. sportsradiotn
Updated rankings as of news of Josh Irvin transfer: 1. JCS- Reportedly replaced Irvin with someone even better and therefore should be OK. 2. Middleton- Uneffected by transfer. They are still much better than Madison. 3. Adamsville- Uneffected by transfer. Although they could struggle defending Irvin. 4. Fayette Academy- Uneffected by transfer. Their big men are too good to let it effect them. 5. Madison Academic- Rose from 7th to 5th by picking up one of the best players in the District. 6. USJ- Remained 6th just because I can't bring myself to honestly believe that the Bruins could finish next to last in anything. 7. Trinity- Fell from 5th to 7th because they are no longer as good as Madison and I can't imagine USJ 7th. 8. Scotts Hill- Uneffected by transfer. 825429057[/snapback] I watched USJ beat Gibson County rather soundly last night. They will be much better than 6th in District 14A. jcmjeff2006
Thanks. Someone please tell me about Adamsville, i just can't see them being as good as everyone is talking about them???
VolunteerGeneral
Jeffrey Allen should have been allowed to play football this year. The TSSAA is just plain stupid with some of their rules. I was ticked off when I heard the TSSAA said he was ineligible for football. What an injustice. ballin4
as long as Coach Martin is at Adamsville they will be pretty good....esp. on defense....he is a great coach...they may have trouble scoring this year, but their defense will keep them in a lot of game this year....with their pressure they maybe able to get past middleton at least once this year, because they can force them into a lot of turnovers and mental mistakes, but i would doubt they beat JCS because they are too sound fundamentally, can score, and play just as good as defense as adamsville....I think Adamsville and Middleton tie for second in the district
jcmjeff2006
I might be wrong...but i see Adamsville fninighsing a 4th or 5th...I cant't see them being too good.
