Smith Co. defence holds for a second week in a roll. Hosts Fulton next week

 

Greenbrier over Jackson South Side

Greenbriers defence shut out MCHS in round 2 who scored 31 in round 1 upset

 

Covington upsets Kingsbury

Kingsbury struggled last week against Ripley and it continues this week. Covington will host Greenbrier next week.

I think you don't know what you're talking about. AE, hasn't slipped anywhere. You people around the state are making it look like AE is a lame team because they only beat UC by 8 points. I mean, scores don't mean anything but AE will hush you critics up.

I'm not saying Austin East is a bad team. But from what I've heard and read about there not as they where earlier in the year. They still have lots of talent and are very dangerous.

Sorry LA fans but I think Smith Co. defence will shut the Wilson Cates show down abit. Smith Co. has one of the best defences in the state in 3A. LA has given up alot of points on there wins.

Sorry bud, but that won't happen. Nobody has put up more than 14 points in one game on the SC defense, even the LA Cates-Colson-Vaughns. LA did beat TC, but keep in mind that Smith beat LA.

No way Herndon gets 230 yds. and three TDs against South Side's defense. If he is lucky he might get 150 yds. and 1 TD. I'm going with my SS Hawks.
