Looks guys, the deal is that Houston has a power house in Micah Bauer at 189 and Derek "Crusher" Johnson at 125. Not only did they tech-fall their TG opponents they have placed at every single tournement this season. Watch out for these wreslters. These are tomorrow's olympians. I don't know about you other dads out there, but I love to see the kids give it their all on and off the mat.

hey, why don't you and my younger wrestling unit continue your rivalry with an exhibition today? his shoes will be in the house because mustang 30 andy is wearing them. i don't think you would even need to get down much. if you get a pound or two today, i think he could wrestle 60.

Man JF....you cut a hard bargain....I attended a nice little morning session at the Dragon's Lair today.....maybe in about a week or two when I'm physically back up to par......but I wouldn' t be very hard pressed to make 145?...wheres that little Wright kid at...i bet enfuego has some input

mustang brandon is at 35 and enfuego had some input (signature and dr.'s visit i think) to be there.

 

if the youngster just ate right, like vegetables, salads, lean meats, etc. then he would be fine. but like most teens, pizza, burgers and fries are the three main food groups.

When I was a sophmore all I ate was pizzas, burgers, and fries just to be competetive. If I ate like I should have, I would still weigh 90lbs.

Jim if you have somethinga gainst grits then you need to get out of the midsouth. I would eat 'em every morning if I could. Now all be it some of those C'ville kids don't always seem to be that informed on food groups .
