What is your practice like?

Our practice is from about 2:15 till 5, we run for 30 minutes (15 before and 15 after practice) we drill for about an hour and a half to 2 hours, then about 20 to 30 minutes of live. How about everyone else?

We go from 2:30 until 10pm. First, I like to feed the guys gun powder. It works for dogs that are fighters, I thought why not wrestlers? Then I tell one that the other was talking trash about the other one's mother. I do this about 15 times just to start the rumbling. They dog fight for about 2 or 3 brutal hours. Then I get my bullwhip and give lashes to the loser of the fights. After that, we have grudge matches that can'y end until someone gives up. After that, I make them run sprints and buddy carries until 10 pm. Then we do homework. It's grueling, but somebody's gotta do it.

Wow - looks like Cottrell & Bray may be the toughest coaches in the state! I love the Bray practice room - gun powder, smack talk, whips! Best of all he did mention homework after all was said and done!

We have practice from 3:00-5:30. I am not sure what all we do I dont pay attention I just do my manager duties.
