this may be a little different from my previous picks...but this is how i see it now:

 

hv over north-not a huge blowout but a good game for hv, too much size and speed for north, hopefully hv warms up

 

volunteer over hampton-hampton is struggling and vol gets them at the perfect time, cradic and frazier hold it down

 

unicoi over etown-etown is a 1 man show and if u can hold em all down but nave u will win easily, weaver and white have a field day

 

 

 

hv over unicoi-a big time rematch, but this time the teams score way more. hv plays better against uc at uc than at hv. comes down to the wire but hv pulls it out

 

central over volunteer-closer than it should be,central overlooks vol a little but not enough to let vol sneak away with the win. too much talent for central

 

 

 

unicoi over volunteer-uc doesnt come out of districts without at least a 3 seed. home court is too much and vol is hurt inside.

 

central over hv-a matchup of the two best teams in the conference leads to a central win. hv is down after the big win over uc and comes out a little flat.

SuperFalcon is really in need of professional help. The Falcons loose twice to Unicoi, Happy Valley and Sullivan Central and that rate's the CHurch Hill faithful to asume top billing for the Region Tournament? Really... how about just win a game in the District... just 1, because 2 is out of the question. If you have time, you can make a quick drive and watch the Twin Springs Titans roll SW Va. Now that is a team with a #1 Seed secure.

FALCONS just advanced with a hard fought victory against Hampton, 50-47. Very good game in which Hampton was very competitive..........but, the young guns prevailed.........now, on to bigger and better things..............GO FALCONS........... Guess the Indians will be hiring coaches from Sw Va now so they won't get out recruited again. Maybe the Indians should have won just one?? The last time I checked, Volunteer defeated South handlily with the CURRENT lineup. Basketball can be a strange game.
