i expect this to be a very competitive match between two evenly matched squads. good luck to both ridgeway and collierville along with their outstanding coaching staffs. (apply clickable smilie here)

i'm sure one of their standout coaching staff members will post the results for all of us on this thread later this evening. that's if they are not too tired from such a draining dual, so, in advance, if we need to wait until our local newspaper, which by the way is a fine business institution which supports the wrestling community, comes out with the results, that's ok by me. (applicable smilie here)

The grand dragon wizard and his hoard of dragons may be too tired to post anything after the huge victory party. As for roadrunner ronnie, he may be too depressed to post anything like what will be happening tonight. If you wait for that fine institution, the Commercial Appeal, to come out with the results, you may be waiting a while.

On a more serious note, I wish I could be in Memphis for this one. This is the most anticipated match of the year, away from the regional duels. I'll take the dragons by ten at the end of the night.

Why so many forfeits from Ridgeway?

The sickness bug has got us right now. Ben Scott (140) hasn't been to school this week, he has strep throat. Jonas (125) is pretty sick, it was huge that he even went on the mat, much less pull off a win. Uri (215) is sick and he looked it, never got anything going tonight. Henning (171) broke his collarbone Saturday, so we have a freshman in his place. Ashkenaz (152) was visited by the ringworm fairy, it's a nice one, and it showed up today. Michael Harrison (119) is no longer on the team. So with 4 forfeits, 2 freshmen, and some sick kids, it's hard to beat a team that is good as Collierville.

Coach, hate to hear that about the Harrison boy, talked to him a few times seems like a nice kid. Hopefully he can get back on the mat.

    • Upperman White County both will be loaded. Dyersbirg and South Side will be a handful as well. Getting about that time in about 3 weeks we start watching summer scrimmages. Dyersburg loaded loaded loaded with talent. Most talent ever I have seen in their program.
    • We, SP, blanked them 10-0 in sectional game during 21 season.
    • The amount of people pooing on UH is crazy. They're a noticably better team than last year when they made state and were competitive , AND they run ruled Eagleville a few weeks ago. Now I understand Eagleville was missing a few guys, but they still. They. Run. Ruled. Eagleville. 1st single A team to run rule Eagleville since when? Pre 2017??
    • If that Yellow Paint is all gone I'll flat bet it didn't wash off there. I bet that took some scrubbing to remove that if it is gone. Lacrosse is one of those northern sports all these misplaced Yankee's that are posion to the community brought in by  (Blount Partnership, ( The Devil) with them so somebody allowed them to paint their markings on the field that cost more than the twenty top people on payroll at Maryville make a year. All this to please the 1% Club and the 25 people that would come to see it. All in the name of WOKE!!!!!!
    • They will probably, struggle
