Where are the tournaments this year?

Who are the favorites in each tourney?

I can only speak of Districts 15A and 16A which make up Region 8A.

Dis 15A is at Gleason and someone will have to help me out with where 16A is. Out of 15A it could a lot of ways. Dresden, South Fulton, and Gleason are all capapble fo beating each other on any night. Greenfield has been improving and might sneak up on one of the three but lack consistent play. The favorite out of 16A is Trenton.

Region 8A tournament is at Gleason as well. And is too much of a toss up to say a favorite.

In District 16, Trenton is the favorite. In District 15, Greenfield has proven nothing to make anyone think they have a chance, and Gleason is not going to be defeated by Dresden or South Fulton when it counts.

Trenton will top Region 8.

I see Dresden or Gleason topping off Region 8.

greenfield has proven nothing, i beg to differ. you obviously did not see the dresden game, they are getting better and have gotten lots better, could knock off any team on any given night, just ask dresden.

Yes, they are getting better and maybe the margins are getting smaller in their losses, but who have they beaten? And maybe they can knock off any team on any given night, but they haven't.

Trenton has a good team this year but they are very beatable. After watching Trenton play, I really think Gleason and Dresden can both beat Trenton. As for Greenfield, they are making great strides and can on a given night beat anybody if we play 4 quarters. We took South Fulton and Dresden down to the wire and beat Huntingdon early in the year. Coach Trevathan is making progress and most everyone will be back next year.

    • They knew, that was the year we went down and beat Riverdale on their field in playoffs right? Didn't Clary get into it with the Riverdale fans sitting just outside the window of the press box?
    • COLLAPSED LUNG?!?! I guess he just didn’t tell the coaching staff?
    • It was not ACHS at all, they have zero reason to worry about Clinton. It had to do with a kid (non football player) that had a charge and appeared in front of the juvenile judge. The judge saw that the kid was way behind credit wise for his grade and told him to reappear in a month with a plan to graduate. When the kid reappeared he had more that twice the credits than one month before. The judge called BS and contacted the school. That is what started the investigation. This involves multiple students, but to this point no athletes are involved.
    • I believe the Covington Chargers travel to Trenton Peabody for a scrimmage today? Anyone going to this? Curious how the Chargers will do.
    • Good ole Bradley Zulliger. He was a really good QB @ OR. Fun to watch. Wore #15 and was like a mini Tebow, with the exception of being right handed. He could take a pounding and keep on ticking. Played with a collapsed lung against Powell that year. Tough as nails.
