Chattbballfan
This could be a good one. What do yall think?
basketballisbest
Yes, it should be a good game. Brainerd, as I have said before is the best of District 6AAA. Until someone can beat them that really doesn't change. Ooltewah had its chances and blew it in overtime the last time. From what I can tell Brainerd wins every night in Chattanooga, and Ooltewah sometimes looks good and sometimes looks bad. If I am right, this game is at Brainerd and that likely spells doom for the Owls. You can't expect to compete with Brainerd if you're are going to lose to teams like Walker Valley who shouldn't be able to stay on the court with you. I would say Brainerd by 8. Chattbballfan
I gotta agree. Brainerd is just really tough in their gym. It'll be a miracle for Ooltewah (but possible). Brainerd by 10.

Brainerd by 10. 825542658[/snapback] brainerd's home court advantage isn't as big as one might thing, unless its the game against howard there aren't that many fans there for them...2 years ago ooltewah went into brainerd and beat them for the first time in school history so its not a miracle to do it by any means..but yes it will still be tough for them to beat them

Fanatic15
The team that beat them two years ago at Brainerd finished with an 11-16 record on the year. So it is very possible.
Loose End
I'm looking forward to it being a good game. You definitely can't count Ooltewah out, especially if they show up to play. Brainerd is definitely the favorite, but anything can happen with this Owls team.
GoldenFlake14
This should be a great game. I mean we all remember the last time these two teams met, probably the best game in the Chattanooga Area so far. Down 3 with 10 to go and a shot at the buzzer to tie the game and then one in overtime that got blocked. This game should be another dandy. I aint sure who will win but I know it will be close. Lionheart
After seeing all teams in this district play, I really think anyone could beat anyone on any given night. It just boils down to who executes from game to game. Brainerd is the strongest as their record proves, but they can be had on any given night. jvraida42
I believe that Ooltewah can beat Brainerd if they stop #4 and #3. If Ooltewah can find two people who want and can put the locks on these two guys they have a chance of winning. If they can find some one to put the locks on these guys they will have to look at Porter and Courtney in the post and that will be their only chance to win. I don't care who you are, you should be able to stop Walker Valley.
InDepthInsider
This game could go either way, just like any game in the District. Last time it went down to the wire, and I dont expect anything less this time around.
