7AAA District Tournament

The two best teams for the entire district season were Siegel and Oakland. But without question, the 2 best second half teams and the two hottest teams heading into the tournament are Riverdale and Lebanon, this tournament is going to be mighty interesting.

Here is something else that is interesting. There are 4 first round games. 3 out of those 4 games, the 2 teams split their regular season head to head meetings. The only team game that will feature a team that swept their 2 regular season games against their opponent is Oakland, they defeated White Co. in both matchups this year. But Siegel and Warren Co. split 1-1, Riverdale and Blackman split 1-1, and Lebanon and Cookeville spllit 1-1, this tournament is gonna be a doosie.

I agree the final four will be Lebanon, Siegel, Oakland and Riverdale. Finals will be Riverdale vs Siegel.

Thats what i am hoping for, man thats what im hoping FOUR ( < it would be the 4th meeting between the 2 teams this year.....Riverdale would even the series up 2-2 by taking this game and the district championship) thumb

But I am taking the two hottest teams in the district to be in the final game, Lebanon and Riverdale with Lebanon bringing home the district championship.

Everybody on here has it all wrong. Cookeville can and will beat Lebanon. It will be hard to make our normal amount of 3s cause we won't be at our HOUSE, but I think we can do it. Others will be Siegel, Riverdale, and Oakland.

Lebanon is a very hard team to beat at home and last 2 times they have played at home they thrashed both White Co and Riverdale, and they are on fire right now and if they start playing some defense, then they will be very hard to beat anywhere.

I think this tourney is wide open. Warren Co. is a long shot to take two this year from Siegel, but its possible. White and Blackman are capable of beating anyone and Cookeville is as dangerous as any team in the district. They run, shoot, pass, and rebound and play very good team D. Lebanon is up and down, both in style and consistency. Riverdale can match up with anyone and are HOT. Oakland has plenty of talent and the KING. Siegel is the only team to have beaten everyone, and everyone knows how talented that team is and Coach Harris has done an outstanding job this year. Anyone have a coin?
