Just wondering what everybody's thought on this game will be.Don't know alot about AE besides they're from Knoxville and have an outstanding record.Would like to know a little about AE like players, stats, etc.Hopefully the Lady Rebels will continue to play well and move on to the round of four.

Beat Oliver Springs in regional final and Pigeon Forge in substate game. Oliver Springs was ranked #1 for period of time this season. Pigeon Forge won their district. The good thing about State is that everybody's records are even. Go Lady Rebs! thumb

THanks for the love Chris but you gotta remember it's the STATE. AE is well sounded program. They're well coach and they have a team that's working together to do something that hasn't been done in school history and that's win the STATE. They can bang it inside and they can wang them from the outside. Just be prepared to run because like AE's nickname, they are the roadRUNNERS!!!

Let's go AE!!! Gain that RESPECT!!!

Obion County Central has a history of beating AE - 1986 - redbirdfan will like this - as the boys beat the Roadrunners 64-59 for the 2A title.

B) AH YES!! Good post SportsRAdio, it was OC outrunning the RoadRunners back in 86' behind 45 points from Tournament MVP and Mr.Basketball that year Charles Whitby also known as "CANNON" thumb

My first post since the sub-state and just want to be one of many to offer my congrats to Coach Suiter, his staff and the entire Lady Rebel basketball team on the victory over Hillcrest. OC REALLY stepped up their game in Memphis and shot extremely well (8-17) from 3-point range. Five of those coming from Junior Abby Reedy who made all of her points in the 2nd half. Davis knocked home two 3's and Freshmen McGee hit one. Jenna Roney showing no effects of the foot injury by putting 20 points up to lead the Lady Rebels(28-7). Reedy finished with 16 and Davis had 12. Well deserved win but the celebration is over as know the Lady Rebels prepare for a tough Austin-EAst team out of Knoxville. Any inside track on the Roadrunners would be appreciated.. See everyone in the Boro this week. I'll be courtside with one of the best seats in the house.. B)
