  1. 1. Do you support the change?

  2. 2. Would you support a complete separation between public & private schools?

Love 2 see the SP- TC playoff rivalry renewed icon_twisted.gif

I agree...there are some good teams in the 1A and 2A playoffs each year that aren't getting to meet up. Would have loved to see FCS, TC, and Boyd get to meet up with Gville, Wayne Co., Huntington, and South Pitt last year in the playoffs instead of the teams being split up into 2 different classes. Would have made for more competitive playoffs...

Region 2-2A ALCOA,AE,GRACE,OS,ROCKWOOD,SWEETWATER,TELLICO,

REALLY? HOPEFULLY THIS ANT RIGHT

It will probably happen. AE, and Grace were not part of the disrtict, but it is similar to the one that was used in the late 90s, early 2000s. Before TP, Polk, etc, decided to move up to 3-A.

of course moving up to 3-A in this alignment for TP being a bad idea, facing the likes of

Region 3-3A

CAK

Kingston

Loudon

McMinn Central

Scott High

Region 4-3A

Chattanooga Central

East Ridge

Grundy Co.

Hixson

instead of Alcoa, AE, Grace, etc. lots of speed there.

Glad to be moving back to TN next month.

Lol already making excuses before we even play you!

that's reaching. i never even mentioned you f.c.s.'s.

lol, indeed. lil ole fcs, the only private school to benefit from the split after all the competitive privates were sent to div II, and it still took you 11 years and recruiting to catch up with the publics.

even with your first state championship in football, you all are hardly worth mentioning, let alone making excuse for. :D

    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
    • Are you trying to say you didn't find Seven and ShadySlim going at it?
