WC had 3 turnovers in the first half. They scored on the first 2 drives of the second half to take a 27-0 lead with 5 mins to go in the third. Rice and starting RBs didn't play anymore after that last score. The whole 4th quarter was back ups. C'wood didn't have a first down the whole first half. When a team is clearly out matched, why would you run the score up? Or, risk any injuries on key players when they are not needed?

You really have no ideal "what CA does". Are you letting what nonsense others sprew influence you. Remember that old saying about believe nothing you hear and half you see? As you know it really apples on here. We In all 4 of our wins the Cougars could have scored more points, especially 2 of them. But we agree with wildcaalumni, our underclassmen need PT and we've had are share of injuries and still have would-be starters on crutches. We have a good program.

Yep, no problems with Clarksville Acad it was Columbia Acad I was speaking of. Should have made that more clear

I think some of you are confused.... The CA that has been referred to on here, is Clarksville Acd. I am in no way belittling Clarksville's win against C'wood. A C'wood fan was merely comparing two teams that his/her team played....then someone belittled WC's win.

I think he had my comment about Columbia confused with Clarksville when I was talking about them running the score up.

No problem, thanks for clarifying. I hope Clarksville Academy makes it far enought in the playoffs to play Wayne County. I think it would be a real good game. I also like watching us play folks we usually don't play. I just remember the great atmosphere 3 years ago when we played at Wayne county in the playoffs. That was a great game! We just couldn't stop you on the corners.
