I guarantee you he wasn't a true 4.3 or 4.4 speed. Much more likely to be about a 4.6 if the truth be told.

You are exactly right. If Hampton has a 4.3 kid then they shouldn't have lost a game in a weaker 2A east.

That's true. I believe the TSSAA has watered the lower classes down enough now that it's not that hard to get to Cookeville. Tyner wore us out Friday but we actually had a shot to go back with maybe the least experienced team we've had in 5 years.

You can actually watch quite a few Rockwood games on YouTube. They are a good sized team and the FB is a monster. Tyner is probably more like Union City but a little bigger and faster. Their qb is a man child.

Thanks Bud. pulling for your boys too! I think you guys will roll. Tyner will be a tall order but that's why the game is played the Tigers started their season in week 6 this year 1 through 5 was murder on us fans and old Tigers.

After playing Tyner and watching film on Rockwood, unless Tyner has a meltdown Tyner wins this game by a couple TD’s .

I’m going with Rockwood in this one. I’m not a fan of RW, they’re an old rival. Just something tells me they shorten the game and grind this one out. It’s tough to win at Civitan....

LOL. Your field does run downhill to the hotdog stand and it would be tough for even #4 to start at Mecca. BUT, I KNOW it’s tough to win at Civitan. Brought many a team in there that was FAR superior and struggled to pull out a W.

Tyner Runs double wing?  Similar to old Harriman teams, in fact Tyner has played harriman and kingston a few times I believe in playoff games, Watertown gave Tyner a fit and should be interesting,
