The Chef hasnt been on in a while due to restoring the back deck on The Chefs restaurant...Wish The Chefs Whitwell Tigers wouldve had a chance to make the playoffs this year....The Chef still wants to watch some good football though....The Chef just got through restoring the back deck at The Chefs restaurant so maybe some of you coachT guys could come by and try some of The Chefs homemade clam chowder! The Chef will give you a good price on a bowl of it or you can always try Billie Boys Club Sandwich...Its always a favorite of mine...The Chef guesses them Pirates down the road are looking good again...The Chef got excited when they had some players suspended for our big rivalry game...The Chef is interested in doing some pregame dinners for any teams traveling through Marion County toward Jasper or South Pittsburg...The Chef is still looking forward to seeing Roy and having some redbulls with him....Maybe The Chef will come down tomorrow and pregame and bring some of his famous soap...The Chef will get on here tomorrow and let everyone know that is interested in coming by...Roy Dillard send The Chef a private message so we can meet up before the game...

Howdy folks...TheChef here...Just wanted everyone to know that TheChef will be leaving out here pretty soon and it looks like TheChef is headed to the speedway to watch them Pirates...TheChef will be going by the DixieFreeze for a little pregaming so if anyone wants to stop by and enjoy a nice cold beverage and some homemade clam chowder feel free....TheChef hopes tonights game is going to be worth the drive so take it easy on them GC boys....Hopefully everyone will come by the dixiefreeze and chat it up with TheChef.....See you there!!

Not true Boss. The line has came together and are playing pretty well. The problem is with some of the upperclassmen who dont pay like upperclassmen and don't lead like the seniors did last year, you know, don't have that sense of determination like they need. The line are mostly juniors, and are not the problem but we just plain stink. The backs have plenty of room to run, but for some reason they just are not any good, they cant hold on to the ball and fumble a lot. The Chef agrees with you on that one. TRob has a much bigger ceiling playing safety at the next level than playing QB. He has to do what makes him happy though. The Chef says he has never seen a team depend so heavily on one player like SP does this year with T Rob. If he is on then SP can beat anyone in the Chattanooga area...ANYONE! However if he plays like he did in game one and two then they go from GREAT to above average offensively..

This game definitely wont be a blowout by redbank. Boyd beat them last year, so they will probably do the same this year. Only difference being that the lions have williams at tailback now. As for Boyds QB, I thought Crowe was better than Hughes last year. He gave us fits in the game at Marion, definitely didn't throw it well last year, but he has a year under his belt and is probably fine now. Good luck Bucs, take it to the Lions. Chef, are you calling the old Reg. 3 a powerhouse? I would stick pounding your chest about the Pirate's Dommination...you will get zero arguments there. Just because there are no state champions (in the last several years) from Reg 4 doesn't mean the teams are weak. (actually Oneida and Greenback have won state championships.) Consistantly, In the top 20 polls last year, 4 of those teams came from the old Reg 4. At one point in week 9 there were 3 teams from Reg 4 in the top ten. There are some very good teams up here on the hill....unfortunately, none of those teams, including some really good Hampton teams from the old Reg 1 have been better than the Pirates or Trousdale or one of the private schools. The region thing can be a bumer sometimes. Like you said, you dont get to pick your region opponents. I hope in the future Oneida will play South Pittsburgh. As a football player, you have to want to play the very best in the world. It would deffinately be a great opportunity for the Indians to get better and I am positive the Pirates would get a good ball game. The Chef said nothing about the old region....The Chef just simply states the facts...In the past those Pirates from SP have played in a weak region as well...However they have played Boyd Buchanon and they have been better then the whole region combined up there on some years... SP has had to play alot of teams out of TC region every year 1st,2nd, and 3rd just to get to the 4th round....The CHef isnt hating cause Im sure SP would take a automatic 4th round showings each year too....As of now it looks so weak in the east side of 1-A that SP and your region should without a doubt meet every year in the 4th so we shall see...
