Should know more about H2O chances after tomorrow night. They put up over 30 points against Pulaski and 48 against Grundy since the QB change. ( I believe they were averaging 15 prior). The defense was atrocious against Pulaski but they did have a couple players injured and Grundy just isn’t very good. Macon County should tell us exactly how far we’ve come this week.

Good deal… I just don’t think a person who quits on his team should be even considered.

@Salem I went through Chapel Hill this evening and noticed they’ve built a huge subdivision of town homes along with some other subdivisions. What was ya’lls enrollment numbers this cycle? I would assume that it is or will be pretty close to 3 A numbers pretty quickly.

If this is a competitive game I would be sincerely shocked. I must admit I was a little surprised by the Upperman score, but I think PC is about 3 scores better than Upperman. PC 48- WH 7 ( scoring late)

They’ve actually improved on offense since the QB change 2 weeks ago, but the problem is that their defense isn’t very physical which as a anomaly with a Hackett coached defense typically. I think you’re spot on with them having problems stopping the Border boys.

It should be a good game, but I just think Loretto is a team of destiny and will handle their business Friday.

They could’ve beat us by as many as they wanted. The only reason we stayed in the game were due to turnovers. They have speed for days and will be hard for any team to beat in the 3A level ( if they play clean football) not named Alcoa. I would feel safe saying that they probably had their worse game and we had our best offensively this year.

There aren’t any scrubs who get to play in the NFL. Say what you want, but you don’t make it to the NFL without knowing how to play the game!

Never said it wasn’t impressive … just skewed due to lack of competition ( exception being MTCS) Do I think they are the best in the east… without a doubt, but the numbers look a little more impressive than they really are!

If you can’t score… you can’t win and it’s very hard to score on Smith County. The Owls are my dog in the east this year!

He predicates his defense on good ILB play and he just doesn’t have it this year…. Very soft!

I agree… Giles was definitely the better team, but H2O showed a lot better effort tonight.
