i think Mckenzie wins this game.But i will say if mase can clean up penalties they can win.

Wish we knew the facts about what happen. Did his daddy pull him off team or did he quit team on his own. I was at Memphis at substate game ,He was supporting the team and the boys on the team was giving him high fives .I agree with most post on here .They played the best team ball in Memphis that i seen all year .I hope the boys had to agree to take him back and not a coaches decision.

He has his issues, but the boy can shoot from anywhere on the court.

I am from Humboldt,proud of the Vilkings.I have to disagree with some post that ca doesn't have the talent of other school in state tournament. Ca had maybe the best shooting team in all classes.I think they peaked at the right time,seen them play McKenzie in regular season didn't shoot the ball as well but won.Humboldt wins with defense and pushes the ball after defensive rebounds,there wasn't many opportunities because ca shot the ball so good.I watch CA play all three games at state.No team was going to beat them this week,shooting to strong as a team.They had to many weapons Great job CA,you deserve to win state.

I think your focus is on the wrong reason why Fayetteville loss.How can you out rebound a team by 30 and lose the game?

Peabody did deserved to win,they played a great game.Coach had a good game plan.I agree Humboldt better get it together. I also think Humboldt needs this loss.They need to know they are beatable.They have been winning games without having to play hard.Sometimes it is good to lose a game at the right time to wake the kids up.

Was a good game.I liked Trenton game plan.They came out and played more physical than the first game.Trenton will have to shoot a look of threes to beat Humboldt,which they could do.Unless Jones gets in foul trouble it will be hard for Trenton to win the game in the trenches.

I don't think they will see Humboldt unless both make it to state.

No they don't go thru Memphis,they have an easier path to state.

TCA are well coach team.They are small .the coaches son is best player on team.Trenton should not have a problem.

TC is the best team Peabody played except for Milan.Both teams defense were awesome. Injurings part of game,you are not going to make it to championship game without players having injuring .As for 2a not being as good as 1a, could've been true for years.I remember when Union City was in 1a they dominated, when they got to 2a they did the same.i really believed the two best teams played in championship game.I think either team could of won.It just happen Peabody won when it counted the most.I really think both teams showed the other teams weakness. From a fan I really enjoyed watching these young men from both teams represent their towns well. CONGRATULATIONS to all young men on both teams for the great football they played this year!

Peabody defense has given up yards all year but in the red zone they have played awesome all year. CONGRATULATIONS PEABODY

i think South Gibson have one of the best shooting teams in west tenn. For them to go real deep they need to play better defense..Was not a top Haywood team we are used to seeing.
