When you haven’t been to the big game in 6 years like us you don’t overlook anyone. I will say this now like I will say next week. SP has a long outstanding history of greatness. In recent years Greenback has owned us and the East. When someone has been as dominant lately as Greenback has the past several years it wouldn’t be wise to overlook them. SP use to be in Greenback’s shoes where we dominated the East. Unfortunately for us we haven’t been at that level lately. This is our best team in several years so hopefully we can get it done. This week first though.

Clay County beat this Gordonsville team 35-6? These playoff matchups are confusing.

Greenback won the first meeting 50-0. I don’t see this game having much drama either.

Just comparing some scores makes it look like this one will be a 50 point win for Huntingdon.

If the Copper Basin QB is good enough to play at Harvard or Yale he’s really durn good. Those leagues have a lot of good players as well.

2014 was maybe one of our worst teams ever. Our best player got hurt and missed the end of the season. That didn’t help us any either. I also think Basin loses in the first round.

This whole situation is bad for everyone involved.

They don’t do the right thing a lot of the time. I saw some video last season of a Whitwell player playing in an all star game before the season started. It was a violation but nothing was done. It’s a classic example of them picking and choosing.
