Cascade is not a top 10 team.

Mckenzie Peabody and Fayetteville top three by far and its not close. South Pitt falls behind the big three until someone in the east proves otherwise. I got Gordy beating Clay co this week.

WC best bet would be to pull the Covid card the week lol. Peabody is looking to take some frustration out this one gets ugly quick

This is more spot on but could still make the case of Fayetteville over Clay co with Fayetteville's only loss coming to a solid 4a ball club. Dresden over Cloudland anybody agree or disagree?

He look to be rocking a boot on his foot last week at the Cornersville game. I had mentioned this would be the fastest team they played all year. Red bank is a good club there losses have game vs top ranked teams in higher classifications

2 of the 3 losses Red Bank has is vs a top 10 6A team and to solid Rhea CO whom I do believe that has been a playoff caliber the past two seasons and will be this yr. Will be the fastest team Fayetteville has played this year great test before the playoffs start. Would be a nice road trip upset for the Fayetteville kids whom seem to take it up a notch when playing up in classifications. I'll take Fayetteville by 2 or 3 scores. Im with you but that TSSAA for you one of the lowest paying association in the south reason being you get upward level refs calling big time friday night games sadly. Yea that team hasn't regressed from what I've seen. They seem to have gotten even better from where they were last year.

Cornersville only score came from a bad thrown ball that they picked for a house call. Fayetteville did have some bone head flags they took upon themselves but the majority of the penalties called vs Fayetteville that night were egregious it had gotten way to obvious what was taken place during that last drive that Fayetteville scored. I dont think there was a ton of dirty play though those were just two hard nose physical teams battling it out.

Maybe a ways to go if your comparing yourself to the three teams in west but your Jimmys and Joes are still better than majority of whats over there in the east. I thinks Gville has the best shot to get you if out of all of them. Clay co really solid but idk if they can play on that stage.

Really impressed with their qb kid can sling it through a carwash and not get it wet.

Can anybody in the east derail South Pitt from making it back? I know clay co has a good ball club them and Gordonsville should be a intriguing game to end the season with the region on the line

Long bus ride could make this interesting but I still see Giles winning this one by as many as they please.

Got the chance to check both Peabody and McKenzie out last couple of weeks. I don’t disagree if your speaking on the other teams being the two I mentioned above. Only where I would disagree is that I just wouldn’t branch out to say they are better than City I think those three teams are neck and neck be some darn good games to watch. McKenzie depth is a concern for me because it seemed that their guys play both ways all night. City and Peabody looked similar to each other speed all over the field, big in the trenches and both have a stable of playmakers. The RBs for all 3 teams are popcorn worthy to watch. McKenzie and Fayetteville will have 1 interesting games each before they facebeach other.

Fayetteville’s legit. Real physical team and have speed all over the field. They look way more explosive offensively than they did a yr ago. Defensively they cause problems and really quick to the ball you don’t see hardly any explosive plays vs that D. Once they get everybody back from injury they only get even better

Just my point exactly reason being I put “6a” meaning it in a smart remark because the comparison was made to them looking like a 6a team when they don’t. they have really good size but they don’t have 6a size across the board either. If they meet again and Fayetteville gets their RB back it won’t be as close of a game and Cornersville still won’t be able to score offensively. that game would be in Fayetteville as well so no home cooking for Cornersville either one would think.

Disagree respectfully. Cornersville offense didn’t even score they got shut out all 4 quarters. To go on the road in that environment and win is not easy to do but that’s what great coached teams and championship caliber teams do. Fayetteville did have a couple deserved flags but they were getting cheated for the lack of a better word more times than not. Cornersville is not well coached and it shows. They have a player ejected, they kept trying to run east and west on a Defense who is “6a” fast and never tried to make adjustments. The only time they tried to pass was on obvious downs that’s poor coaching. Fayetteville also looked to be missing some players with noticeably missing there star RB if he plays the score could’ve been a lot worse

Will say that on the pick 6 Fayetteville flag was every bit of warranted just stupid by to crack block it’s called at every level. They had couple just self inflicted plays but with that being said tho there was way to many calls vs Fayetteville def in crunch time they had a 1st & 40 literally gain 40 yards then they throw a flag they tried hard to give Cornersville a chance. Not only that but how do you call a flag on a lineman who pancakes someone? If and should’ves but if Fayetteville doesn’t throw the pick Cornersville doesn’t even score.

so there was no malicious hits after the whistle or at any other time during the game last yr? The refs didnt give Fayetteville a 88 yard flag? which is impossible to have but they managed to create it. playing that way is their only chance to compete with them. Unless from what ive heard is incorrect... but anyways CV couldnt handle Clay co and they dont have near the plethora of talent Fayetteville has.

It woudlnt shock many if/when they bring their antics out. Heard about the disgraceful plays they had last yr and got by with and still couldnt get the Dub over Fayetteville. The Tigers def need to keep their cool and move on to the next play when they starting getting dirty as hard as it may be. Would love to know what crew will be calling this game because Fayetteville will have a tough time dealing with home cooking as well. They come out and play how they are capable of this one could be over in a blink because they seem to be a far better team they was a yr ago. I can however see this one dragging out in bloodbath but the athletes Fayetteville has will push them over the top.

As the great Lee Corso would say, " this one will be closer than the experts think." They seem to get home cooking a lot over there on friday nights. That being said yes Cornersville is physical but can they score enough points they seem to struggle in that part of the game this year. Clay co went there and took care of business and Fayetteville is head and heels better than Clay co. It still wouldnt be a suprise to see Fayetteville pulling away in this one with the athletes that have across the board

Community will have a tough time with Cascade in their district cant see them making a big run this year. They do have a up and coming freshman who will be special in years to come. No way Stewarts Creek makes it their they wont be able to stop Cane Ridge with a top 10 player in the country he gave Mike Miller and Houston problems despite the refs giving him foul trouble. Cant never count Clay co out in A. Always Interested in seeing what Memphis school loads up with an AAU Team and makes it

Exactly Im all for challenging your team and getting them a tough test before the playoffs. Its both sides of this for me that I cant understand because what does Oakland gain out this? Thats like Nick Saban going out and adding Bethel to the schedule.
