Not so much a fence as it is a thin piece of nylon-rope. And typically, when you construct a fence it is to keep people out of a certain enclosed area. Not much stopping any random person from just walking on the field without much resistance.

J. Fred at DB is the toughest place. 10,000 fans, Huge band, fans lining the end zone, and that chat "ROLL TRIBE ROLL" Most colleges do not have it. Very, very few hs have it. Good Luck this year.

Mo-West seemed like a hard place to play only because of the muddy field. Maryville is of course a hard place to play. You can hear the student section a good 2-3 blocks away. Central is a pretty crazy place to play as is Halls and Carter. Carter because they make you play through the fireworks smoke, and because the field is in a hole. Central because fans are pretty much everywhere. Halls, their coach has a few tricks up his sleeve to slow down opposing teams.
