Many of these players were not seriously recruited by Tennessee

 

There are serious recruits and those who they send letters to and act somewhat interested in.

 

Some of these players were sought after much harder by other schools,

and will probably see more playing time at the schools they chose.

Ayanga Okpokowuruk was seriously recruited by UT but when they found out he was a Merit Scholar Semifinalist and a wasn't a thug, he was dismissed as a potential VOL on both counts.
